Accessing the Innomedia
To hear what IP address the Innomedia is receiving, please dial ***1.
If your PC is on the same network, you should be able to access if from the address it reports.
If, however, your PC is connected to the LAN (Computer) port, it can be accessed at
The username is User and the password is password.
- The username and password are Case Sensitive and must be entered exactly as they appear above.
Factory Resetting the Innomedia
If the Phone Power logo is present on the device as seen here , the reset button can be pressed to return it to factory setting.
If, however, a Phone Power logo is not present, please contact support and do not press this button
