ZyXel PK5000Z

Please follow these instructions to configure your ZyXel PK5000Z router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.

• You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
  
• If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
  
• If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
  
• If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
  
• Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

Open a web browser Enter http://192.168.0.1 into the address bar and press enter Log into the router. You will be prompted for a username and password. The default username is (blank) The default password is (blank)

• Click on Advanced Setup

• Locate the Security section in the left hand menu
• Click DMZ Hosting
• Click the button next to Enable for Set the DMZ State
• Enter the IP address of your phone adapter into the entry box next to Enter IP Address
• Click Apply
