Please follow these instructions to configure your Xfinity router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.





  • Open a web browser
  • Enter http://10.0.0.1 into the address bar and press enter
  • Log into the router. You will be prompted for a username and password.
  • The default username is admin
  • The default password is password



• If the default username and password do not work please contact your ISP and request the administrator log in credentials for your modem/router

• Please Navigate under where it says: Connected Devices > Computers

• Then, click Edit to modify the connection setting for the selected device.

• Change the configuration to Reserved IP
• This will now give you an Input Box to enter the IP number needed to be reserved.

• Then, navigate to the menu on the left: Advanced > Port Forwarding

• Please select Enable > Port Forwarding

Example:

Add Port Forwarding
Service Name: PP1
Service Type: UDP
Server IP address: 10.0.0."your IP number"
Start Public Port: 5000
End Public Port: 5080
Private port: 5000

• Then, Click Save

• You will need to create a Port Forwarding rule for each of the below.

Protocol Ports

Both 4200
Both 10000 - 11000
UDP 5000 - 5080
UDP 12060 - 12080
UDP 16384 - 16472
UDP 16600 - 16700



Note: If you are unable to place a call after 15 minutes, or any other irregularities appear, please contact our support department for additional assistance.
