Netopia 3347-02

Please follow these instructions to configure your Netopia 3347-02 router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter to your router.

• You will need the current IP address of your phone adapter.
  
• If you have a Grandstream phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on a Grandstream.
  
• If you have an Innomedia phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Innomedia.
  
• If you have an Obihai phone adapter please refer to How to receive the current WAN IP Address on an Obihai.
  
• Please write this IP Address down as you will need it in later steps

Open a web browser Enter http://192.168.1.254 into the address bar and press enter Log into the router. You will be prompted for a username and password. The default username is admin The default password is admin

• If the default username and password do not work please contact your ISP and request the administrator log in credentials for your modem/router

• Click on IP Passthrough on the left menu bar.

• Select the IP address of your phone adapter that you received in the first step of this process.
• Click the enable button.

• Double click on the yellow triangle in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
• Double click on Save and Restart.
