NetGear 7750 AT&T Edition

Please follow these instructions to configure a NetGear 7750 AT&T Edition router to work with PhonePower. These instructions are only if you are connecting your phone adapter in the alternate configuration.





• Open a web browser
• Enter http://192.168.1.254 into the address bar and press enter
• Log into the router. You may be prompted for a device access code.
• The device access code will be on a sticker attached to your Netgear 7550

• Click Advanced in the left hand side menu.
• Click ALG in the menu options displayed.

• Uncheck the box to the right of SIP
• Click Save

• Click Port Forwarding
• Create a new Custom Defined Service with the following settings
• Service Name : RTP
• Protocol : UDP
• Start Port : 5004
• End Port : 5012
• LAN Port : 5004
• Click Create

• Create a new Custom Defined Service with the following settings
• Service Name : Voip1
• Protocol : UDP
• Start Port : 5060
• End Port : 5061
• LAN Port : 5060
• Click Create

• Create a new Custom Defined Service with the following settings
• Service Name : Voip2
• Protocol : UDP
• Start Port : 12060
• End Port : 12064
• LAN Port : 12060
• Click Create

• Create a new Custom Defined Service with the following settings
• Service Name : Maint
• Protocol : TCP
• Start Port : 4200
• End Port : 4200
• LAN Port : 4200
• Click Create

• Now that the services have been created they will now be in the list of services. They will be at the bottom of the list



• Find RTP in the list of services and select it.
• Click Enable

• On the new screen enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process
• Click Enable



• Find VOIP1 in the list of services and select it.
• Click Enable

• On the new screen enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process
• Click Enable



• Find VOIP2 in the list of services and select it.
• Click Enable

• On the new screen enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process
• Click Enable



• Find Maint in the list of services and select it.
• Click Enable

• On the new screen enter the IP address you wrote down at the start of this process
• Click Enable



Note: If you are unable to place a call after 15 minutes, or any other irregularities appear, please contact our support department for additional assistance.
