Initial Set-up

You can skip the initial set-up once by dialing * * (star star)

You will need to record your name.

Once you have recorded your name you are given the chance to review how it sounds. If you don't like the way it sounds you can press 1 to re-record it.

Once you have recorded and approved your name you can decide if you want to use a personal greeting or one that is provided by the voicemail system.

Greeting Options
1 Record and use a personal greeting
2 System generated message with your name
3 System generated message with your phone number
4 System generated message WITHOUT your name or phone number


Common Operations

Change Your PIN

Once you have accessed your voicemail you can change your PIN by entering the following keys:
4 : 3 : 1

• Once you are in the change PIN menu you will be asked to enter a new PIN number.

Your new pin number must be between 4 - 20 numbers.

• Once you have entered your new PIN press #

• You will be asked to enter your new PIN number again to confirm the changes.

• After you have entered your PIN a second time press # again and your PIN will be changed.

You can press * * * to return to the main menu.

Change Your Greeting

Once you have accessed your voicemail you can change your greeting by entering the following key: 3

Once you are in the greetings menu you can select to use a personal greeting by pressing 1
You can also select a system generated message by pressing 3

Once you are in the system generated messages menu you can either press 1 to select a system generated message or you can press 2 to review or re-record your name that will be used by the system generated messages.

There are 3 system generated messages you can choose from:

1 : System Generated Message using your name
2 : System Generated Message using your phone number
3 : System Generated Message that doesn't use either your name or your phone number

Get Deleted Messages

Once you have deleted a message it will be moved to your deleted messages. If you accidentally delete a message you can still recover it by going to your deleted messages.

In deleted messages you have a chance to listen to messages again, or recover them and place them back in your normal messages.

To restore a voicemail from your deleted messages, while it is playing or after it has played, press 2

To permanently delete the message press 3

Once you permanently delete a message, it is gone forever! Tech support will not be able to recover it.


Reset Your Voicemail PIN

If you have forgotten the PIN for your Voicemail you can reset it through your MyAccount Portal.

Once you have logged into your MyAccount Portal Click on the Service Settings button in the left hand side menu.

In the Service Settings screen you will want to click on VoiceMail PIN Reset

This will allow you to reset your Voicemail PIN number.

Get Messages

Once in this menu you will need to press 1 again to get your Voicemail. The following options are available during and after a message has played.

In the manage your Greetings Menu you will be able to change your personal greeting or choose to use one of the system generated greetings.

This option allow you to turn toggle whether the system will tell you the date, time and phone number for each message you have received.

In this menu you will be able to modify the security settings for your Voicemail

Enter your new PIN and press #

Fast Log-In allows you to access your Voicemail without needing to enter the 10 digit phone number associated with your Voicemail.

The Skip PIN Feature allows you to bypass entering your PIN when accessing your Voicemail from the phone connected to your VoIP adapter.

Live Message Screening Options
This option will allow you to listen to a Voicemail as it is being left. You are able to connect to the call while the message is being left. The person leaving the voicemail will be unable to hear you until you press a key to join the current call.
