Straight to Failsafe

If all of your incoming calls are being sent to your Failsafe number it means that we are not able to communicate with your phone adapter.

We need to ensure that your phone adapter has a clear line of communication with our network.

LOGO Only1.JPG Ensure your phone adapter is connected to your network properly (You can double check HERE)

LOGO Only1.JPG If your phone adapter is connected behind a router ensure that it has been configured not to interfere with the VOIP communications by setting up port forwarding or DMZ access

LOGO Only1.JPG After we have made sure its connected correctly and your network is configured properly we will need to restart your phone adapter to allow it to properly download a new configuration file
