Softphone Outlook Integration
The Softphone will integrate with Microsoft Outlook to allow you to place calls with the Softphone directly from your Outlook contacts. To initiate calls with the Softphone directly from your Outlook contacts, use this walkthrough.
• Start up the Softphone so that it is actively running on your computer.
• Open Outlook and navigate to your contacts page.
• Locate and right click the contact you wish to place the call to. You will see a context menu similar to the one in the image below.
• Navigate the context menu until you see the option to dial the contact and click dial on the phone number you wish to call.
• After you click dial, bring the Softphone to the foreground and you will see that it is placing your call to the desired number automatically. It's that easy!
