Softphone Debug Logging

In the course of troubleshooting it may become necessary to send debug logs to support. If that becomes necessary please follow these instructions on an active Softphone.

• Right-click on the TRIANGLE in the upper left corner

• Select PREFERENCES

• check the box at the bottom of the preference menu for SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS.

• Select DIAGNOSTICS
• Check the boxes for all three items.
• Click OK


Once this is confirmed, we will need to have the information sent to us for review.

Exporting the logs for sending to tech support

• Right-Click on the TRIANGLE in the upper left corner

• From the Context menu select SHOW LOG DIALOG

• Right-Click in the empty space of the log window and choose SELECT ALL

• Right-Click on the highlighted area and select COPY

• Right-Click and select 'PASTE into a new email or paste into the reply email to [email protected]
