Set up voicemail

Initial VoiceMail setup MUST be done from the handset connected to your Phone Power phone adapter.

• After your phone is connected and working properly,

• Pick up the phone and dial *21.

• When prompted, enter your PIN , your email confirmation should contain your voicemail PIN. The system will then prompt you to Change your PIN from the default PIN.

•You may reset your voicemail PIN through your online account portal in the Service Settings page under Voicemail Settings

• Follow the prompts to record your personalized greeting for your callers to hear when they reach the VoiceMail system.

Your VoiceMail is now setup.


Recording Your Voicemail Greeting

To edit the VoiceMail Greeting, you will first need to access your VoiceMail. You can access your VoiceMail in a couple different ways. You can access VoiceMail from a phone connected to your device, or you can access it remotely. If you need instructions for accessing your VoiceMail you can find them HERE


Once you are in the VoiceMail system:


Dial 9 (Options)

Dial 1 (Greeting Options)

Dial 1 (Record Normal Greeting)


Configure How Many Rings Until Calls Go To Voicemail

To define the amount of time your phone will ring before the call is sent to your voicemail box, please follow these instructions.

These instructions are for the Aquarius Network - If you are not sure which network you are using, please check the MyAccount home page.

• Please access your Phone Power MyAccount, locate and click on Call Forwarding on the left side of the web site.

• Once you are on the Call Forwarding screen, you will notice you will be on the Forwarding Rules tab.

• Make sure you select the radio button: Ring (888)607-6937 (your number will appear here)

• Next, locate: ...if none of those are picked up, after 24 (default) seconds I want the caller sent to

• Adjust the number of seconds as desired. (This will be the amount of time the phone will ring before the call is sent to VoiceMail).

• Make sure the radio button is set to: VoiceMail

• After this has been done, you click Save My Forwarding Rules. You have now changed the ring time, inbound calls will ring for the allotted time before it goes to VoiceMail.
