This article describes how to use Nomorobo with the Phone Power service.
This service is used to stop unwanted calls such as robocalls and telemarketers.

Nomorobo is a cloud-based service that blocks or hangs up on illegal robocaller or telemarketer calls before they reach the intended residential phone number

First, go to Nomorobo.com
Click on Get Started Now

Choose Carrier Type from drop down menu and choose Landline/VOIP
Choose Carrier from drop-down menu and choose Phone Power
Enter email address and click Next

Check your email for the link to complete signup process

You will receive an email with a link to setup Nomorobo.





Will be directed to new web page
Email field will be populated with email address used to sign up

Populate the First name and Last name fields with First name and Last name of customer

Enter desired password and then confirm the password
Click on Sign Up link
Now redirected to the Nomorobo dashboard
Click on Click here to get started link

Fill in these settings for this page

Phone Type = Landline/Voip
Carrier = Phone Power
Phone Number = Phone Power service telephone number

Click Next









Follow instructions in YouTube how-to video to set up SIM ring through the Phone Power online account portal, click Next

Telephone number to use for SIM ring for Nomorobo is 2028131477

Once this is done, you are directed to new page where it states:

Nomorobo will now call (Phone Power telephone number) to make sure that robo call protection is enabled.
Please do not pick up the phone until the status bar on the next page changes color.

Click "I'm Ready. Call me now."

Status bar will show the site calling your service line

Once the test call has completed, the site will indicate whether or not the service is set up correctly to utilize the Nomorobo service.

If it has been set up correctly, Nomorobo website will indicate with green status bar that "This phone is protected by Nomorobo"
Once indicated is protected, click on "That's it! You're done."
On the Nomorobo dashboard you have the ability to report a number that was either a robo call that was not block OR a call that was blocked that was not a robo call.
You have the ability from the My Account link to change your email address, Name and Nomorobo account telephone number

If the test call indicator shows that your phone is NOT protected by Nomorobo, please make sure that all SIM ring settings are correct and that the SIM ring is enabled in your online PhonePower account and try again
