Installing Softphone on a Mac
Downloading the Mac Softphone
To install the Softphone on your Mac, go to MyAccount and log in with your username and password.
• Click on the Softphone button on the left side of the screen
• Click the green Enable button under the Enable Lines bar.
• Under the option Download for Mac, click the Download Softphone button.
Installing the Softphone
• Open the download folder, e.g. via Go, Downloads
• Find the Softphone installation file, and double click it.
• In the window that opens, double click phonepower.pkg
• The Phone Power Softphone installation will begin; click Continue.
• Click Continue to proceed through the installation. When The installation was successful with a green and white check mark above it is displayed, click Close. Note any errors you may receive if installation is not successful.
• To access the newly installed Softphone, find it in Applications, e.g. via Go, Applications
• To launch the Softphone, double click PhonePower.
• When the Softphone loads, enter your Phone Power username and password in the boxes and click Sign In
Once logged in you can use all the functionality of the Softphone.
