Initial Sync Instructions for the SPA 504G

To configure your SPA504G to work with Phone Power's service, you must know the admin credentials.
If you do not, you should reset the device to the default factory configuration which does not have an admin password.

To reset the device to the default factory configuration:

  • Press the Option Key

  • Select Option 14

  • Then Press OK to Confirm

To determine the IP address of the device:

  • Press the Option Key
  • Select Option 9

  • After Pressing Select, You will see the Hardware’s IP address

After you have the device's IP address, enter the following URL:

http://<<InsertDeviceIpHere>>/admin/resync?https://provision.phonepower.com/linksys/ProvisionXml.php?sn=$SN&mac=$MA

After your device reboots, the phone will display your phone number next to the softkeys when the device is ready to make and receive calls. At this time you will be ready to use your Phone Power service.
