Initial Sync Instructions for the Polycom VVX

In order to sync the Polycom VVX you will need to start with Factory settings.
If you would like to factory reset your Polycom:

Factory Reset

Please log into the device by connecting it to your network and open a browser to your private IP of your device.
Once you have input the IP on your browser, this window will ask for your password.
The default admin password is 456

Then, go to the Utilities tab and go to Phone Backup & Restore
Go to the tab at the bottom that says Global Settings and click on Restore

Your device will now reboot with Factory settings

Provisioning Server

To Sync your device to our service, please log in to your device from your browser with your private IP.
Then, go to the Settings tab and down to Provisioning Server.

On the Provisioning Server page, please input these values:

Server type:	http
Server Address:	provision.phonepower.com:4190
Server User:	Your Account Username
Server password:	Hardware ID This is in your Order email that was sent out to you. If you have misplaced it, you will need to ask our technicians for the Voip Adapter ID.
File TX retries:	1
Retry wait:	1

Also, if you would like to do this on the phone directly, please follow these instructions.

On the phone, press Menu > Settings > Advanced and enter the phone’s password. The default is 456.

Choose Admin Settings > Network Configuration > Provisioning Server, and press the Select soft key.

Then, insert the information above.
