Initial Sync Instructions for Aastra Phones

To configure your Aastra phone to work with your service, you must know the admin credentials. If you do not, you should reset the device to the default factory configuration which has an admin password of 22222. To reset the device to the default factory configuration, press the “Options” button and select option 5 for the Admin menu, enter the admin password then press the “enter” soft key button. Select option 4 for “Factory Default” then press the “Yes” soft key button. You will then need to log into the web interface on the device.

To determine the IP address, press the Options button then press 3 for Phone Status.
Select option 1 for the IP address & MAC address.
The IP address is now visible on the screen.
Enter the IP address into the address bar of a web browser.
You will be prompted for a username and password.
The username is admin
The password is 22222
Once logged in, locate and click on configuration server located on the left.
Set the download protocol dropdown to HTTP.
Populate the HTTP Server field with the following: provision.phonepower.com
Populate the HTTP Port field with 4196
Click the Save Settings button located at the bottom of the page.
Reboot the phone.

After the phone reboots, the phone will display your phone number on the screen when it is ready to make and receive calls. At that time it will be ready to use your service.
