How to make a Conference Call

To make a Conference call on your softphone, please Dial a phone number you wish to call.
Then, press the Conference button on the lower right of the softphone.
Dial in the 2nd phone number you wish to call.
Once both have been established, they will connect automatically.
If you want to disconnect or hold the other user, highlight either Line 1 or Line 2 to stay with that call and press conference to hold the other line or have them disconnect.
