How to install the Softphone
To install the Phone Power Softphone, please follow these instructions.
• First, you will need to log into your MyAccount with your login username and password.
• Then, navigate to the Softphone page on the left hand side of the screen.
• Click on Enable next to the line you want to use the softphone on. The softphone service will be enabled for that line and you will then see the download button.
• Click the download button and download the installation file to your computer.
For Windows Users
• Once the file has finished downloading, open the installation file.
• Follow the prompts as shown in the image below, select the installation path, choose your preferred shortcut locations, then click install.
• The softphone will be installed on your PC in the location you specified and you should see the following image once the installation is complete.
You can now begin using the softphone with your service!
