How to Transfer a Call

• You must have an established call to start this process

Once you have a call established, click on the arrows symbol below the Hold (hand) symbol to the right of the dial pad

The first call will be put on hold

---

Please dial the number to which you wish to transfer the call to in the line 2 box and then click on the green call button.

Once that call is connected click again on the arrows symbol below the Hold (hand) symbol to the right of the dial pad
The call will then be transferred.
