How To Import CSV and vCard files to Contact List in My Account

Phone Power is allowing customers to import contact lists with CSV and v-card files. These are the only file types supported.
This means, customers can upload CSV files that were created in the Outlook export contact process. We provide a sample template, so that you can easily import your own contacts. This is available via the "Try our CSV Contacts Template" link on the Contacts page.
- Note: A contact must have a first name, last name, and a number to be imported, per the template
- Note: Irregular chracters such as , + or % are invalid and should not be included in the csv file except where appropriate
- Note: If using vCard files, they must be version 2.1; only 1 vcard can be uploaded at a time
Please access your Phone Power MyAccount, locate and click on Contacts on the left side of the web site.

The page displayed is the Contacts page on the my account. In the middle of the page, please locate and click on Import Contacts.

After the Import Contacts link is clicked, there will be a pop up that will have three options: Browse..., Upload, and Cancel. To import your CSV contact list, click on browse and locate the CSV file.

Once the file has been located and selected, click the open button on the file upload window. Then click the upload button on the Contacts page.

The imported contact list will now be displayed on the Contacts page. If you have any issues, please contact our technical support team.
