• Once you have the page open, click on Call Events on the left column.

This will give you the option to enable call recording, as well as defining where the recorded files get saved.

• Once you have checked the Record Calls box, you will need to define where the files get saved, via Record Path.

We recommend that you save them in your My Documents folder, so that you can easily find the audio files.

• Click OK to apply the changes.

Note: While recording a call or two wont take up much space, leaving this feature on can take up considerable space on your hard drive. Consuming excessive space on your hard drive can cause some issues, such as the inability to defrag your hard drive if there is under 15% capacity available. Please be sure you have adequate storage space and that you record the calls you want to record, rather than turning the feature on indefinitely.
