*63 - Deactivates the Call Forwarding Busy Feature

LOGO Only1.JPG This feature allows you to turn off the forwarding for inbound callers to another number when busy.


The call forwarding busy feature is deactivated by:

LOGO Only1.JPG Dialing *63, you will hear a dial tone.

  • If you do not hear a dial tone after *63 has been dialed, the call forwarding busy feature has not been deactivated.
