DTMF Problems

If you encounter problems entering menu options over the phone it means that your Dual Tone Multi Frequency signals arent being sent properly. This is usually an issue with how the phone ios connected to the adapter. The phone needs to be connected directly to the phone adapter. The phone can not be connected to the adapter through house wiring, line splitters, DSL filters, or ring enhancers.

If your phone is connected directly to your phone adapter check to make sure you are using the G711 codec. You can check this through your MyAccount portal.



• Log into your MyAccount portal

• Click on Service Settings

• Click Bandwidth Control (Codec)

• Ensure G711u is selected



• Click Save Settings
