If you are using a Cisco multi-service router to perform Network Address Translation (NAT) and experiencing intermittent difficulties with your Phone Power service, please enter the following into your router configuration. (This will disable "Intelligent NAT" for the defined voice services and allow consistent operation behind your router).

• No IP NAT service SIP UDP port 5060
• No IP NAT service SIP UDP port 5061
• No IP NAT service SIP UDP port 12060
• No IP NAT service SIP UDP port 12061

Note: The above solution is only applicable to 1 and 2 line Phone Power adapters and phones. If you have a 3 or more line capable device, please contact support for more detailed instructions.
