Configuring The Grandstream to function with a CompUSA Router

To configure the Grandstream to function with a CompUSA router, please follow the following steps.

• First, connect an Ethernet cable from the LAN port on the Grandstream to your computer.
• Turn off the CompUSA router.
• Open up a web browser and navigate to http://192.168.2.1 and log into the Grandstream.
• The password is 123.
• Once logged in go to Basic Settings and look for an option called LAN DHCP Base IP.
• Change the LAN DHCP Base IP from 192.168.2.1 to 192.168.3.1.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update.
• On the next page click on Reboot.
• Power the CompUSA router on and allow it to start up fully (60 seconds). Reconnect all the cables.


The internet should be working once the devices are all on.
