  • NOTE: This article refers to Contact Groups, a feature of Phone Power's Incoming Call Manager, or ICM. For more information on ICM please visit our forums.

Contacts that are used in conjunction with the ICM call feature are now combined into one full list. Numbers will no longer be divided between “blocked numbers” and “contacts.” They all share the same list, but now you can group them together. This will allow certain numbers to be able to follow a certain call flow, while other numbers are unaffected.

For this example, let us assume that you want to compile a list of phone numbers that you wish to block.

LOGO Only1.JPG First log into the My Account portal and then click on the Contacts link on the left hand side.

LOGO Only1.JPG On the right hand side you will see a list of all the numbers on your contact list. Put a check mark in the box next to the name that you wish to have on this list.

Now that you have created a specific contact group, you will want to add them to your call forwarding rules.

LOGO Only1.JPG From here, either create a new Rule Set or add a rule to an existing Rule Set. For this example, let us assume that you to add a new rule to the Normal Rule Set.

LOGO Only1.JPG When the pop up appears enter in the name of the contact group that you wish to set rules for. When you’re done click on Forward.
