  • There are 2 different versions of the Click2Call feature.

• One is a standard Click2Call

• Second is a Remote Click2Call

Click2Call allows you to click on a phone number in either your contacts list or call log without having to dial the phone number from your phone.

• Once you click on the click2call link next to the contact, your phone power phone will ring.

• Once you answer the Phone Power phone, the system will dial the contact phone number and the call will function like a normal phone call from that point.

Remote Click2Call is a call feature that allows you to place a phone call from your MyAccount page using a telephone that is at your present location instead of your Phone Power phone.

• This will place 2 outgoing calls from your Phone Power account.

• One call is to the Source phone number, the telephone that you are next to.

• The second call is to a Destination phone number, the number that you are calling.

Click2Call calls are always two physical calls:

• One to the source number and one to the destination number.

• Both of these calls are evaluated for billing and accounting purposes separately.

The source phone will ring first, once you answer the source phone, the system will dial the destination phone number.

  • The call will function like a normal phone call once the call is connected with both parties.

The Caller ID will show the call coming from your Phone Power phone number for both calls. This is because the system is dialing from your Phone Power account to both the Source and Destination phone numbers.

  • Using the Remote click2Call feature will show in your call log as 2 outgoing calls and hence will use twice the minutes for the call versus a normal call placed from your Phone Power phone.
