You can use a computer and talk on the phone at the same time. The Phone Power phone adapter works independently of your computer. This will allow you to talk on the phone while browsing the web.

Note: Please be aware that while you can utilize your Internet connection and talk on the phone simultaneously, the quality of your phone conversations can be degraded by heavy Internet use, such as multiple file downloads, bandwidth intensive web browsing or streaming media. Similar to the way a download will slow down when saturating your Internet connection by starting additional downloads, the problem would simply be over-utilizing your Internet connection while talking on the phone.
