• If you don't know your SIP password, make sure the SIP credentials are enabled on your MyAccount page.

• When you first open the application, you will come across a popup for Easy Configuration. This is for options on wifi and mobile data.

For the availability, you can leave it as default or you can set it to only receive calls on wifi. If you would like to use your mobile data for this app, please click on the last check box on this screen.

• Select the key icon on the lower left hand corner of the dial pad.

• Next press Add account

• It will prompt you with a Choose Wizard popup, please select OnSIP.

• On this screen, you will need to set all the information using your SIP Credentials. Make sure to replace user information with your own SIP credentials.

• Let's start by adding the Sip Account Username which is your Phone Power number.

• Then, add the Sip authentication user which is your Authentication ID.

• Then, add the Sip authentication password which is your Authentication ID.

• Then, add the Sip domain which is your Proxy Server Address.

• If your Edit page looks like this afterwards, you're on the right track.
















• Click Save and you will be back to the account page. It should now automatically register. You can also press the icon to enable/disable this account. If you see any error messages at this point, please contact Technical Support. Press Back to return to the dial pad.


Congratulations you are now making calls using your Android device!
