CPBX-Setting up a Failsafe Number

In the Failsafe section of Call Forwarding is where you will set your Failsafe Number. This is the phone number that all calls will be forwarded to in the event that your CPBX phone cant be reached.

• Click Call Forwarding in the menu across the top of your screen.

• Click the Failsafe tab

• Enter a phone number into the entry box next to Phone Number:

• Click Update Failsafe Number

• You will see a confirmation that your Failsafe number has been updated in the right side of your screen

• You will also see your Failsafe number is now listed in the top half of the screen.
