CPBX-Call Notifications

In the Forwarding Rules section you can set up Call Notifications

• Click Call Forwarding in the menu across the top of your screen.

• Click the Call Notifications Tab

• Under Email Notifications click the radio button next to Enabled

• Enter your email address in the Destination Email entry box

• If you wish to receive a notification for every call check the box next to Notify on all Calls
(If you dont check this you will need to define the numbers you want to get notifications for)

Click Update Call Notifications

• You will see a confirmation on the right side of your screen when the settings have been updated


• All calls will now send you an email notification.



If you only want to receive Call Notifications for specific phone number you will need to uncheck the box next to Notify on all Calls

• Enter the phone number that you would like to be notified about into the entry box next to Number:

• Click Add Source Number

• You will receive a confirmation in the right side of your screen when the source number has been added

• The source number will also be add to the list on the left side of your screen
