Setting the ring duration requires its own dedicated rule. In this article you will be shown how to set up a simple ring duration, a ring duration for a specific number, and a ring duration that will ring multiple phones.

For this example you will be shown how to set up a ring duration that all calls will follow.

LOGO Only1.JPG Begin by logging into your MyAccountportal,

Since this will be the default rule for all calls, you will want to put in the Phone Power number as the phone number. For this example the ring time will be 20 seconds.

LOGO Only1.JPGClick on the Add button to add it to the list.

LOGO Only1.JPGSet End to 20 via the dropdown.

LOGO Only1.JPGWhen you’re done click Finish.

  • NOTE: To determine a rough estimate of how many times the phone will ring, divide the number of seconds by 6.

The next example will show you how to set a rule so that when a particular contact or contact group calls, they will ring for a longer duration than other callers. For this example, let’s say that you want your mother to ring longer than normal callers.

LOGO Only1.JPG Click on the Add Rule button,

LOGO Only1.JPG Enter in the contact under Contact or Group

LOGO Only1.JPG Click on Forward when finished.
