Adding Logins to A Cloud PBX Account

To add logins to your Cloud PBX account, please follow these instructions.

• Log into the portal with the Admin level username and password here.

• NOTE: The Admin level username and password is the username you selected when signing up for the account.

Adding Logins

• Click on the Logins section of the Cloud PBX account.

The User Management page will load.

• Enter a desired Username for this login.

If the username is unavailable, a Name taken message will appear. Please enter a different username and try again.

• Enter a password for this user and enter it again to confirm it.

• Enter an email for this user; this will be used to reset and retrieve the password, if necessary.

• Set the login Level.

User level logins are assigned a single Subscriber Line and get access to Call Control such as forwarding and simultaneous ring for the assigned extensions.

Manager level logins can be assigned multiple extensions and get access to Call Control such as forwarding and simultaneous ring for each account they're assigned.

• Click Add User when done.

The Login's username and level should appear in the menu below. They must now have extensions assigned.

• NOTE: Logins must have extensions assigned to them before they can access their account page.

To Assign a User Level Login

• Click on User Assignment

The Assign Number Window will appear with the selected login's username.

The dropdown will have Subscriber Lines available for assignment.

• Select the Subscriber Line you wish to assign to this login.

• Click Assign Service

The Assign Number Window will disappear.

To confirm the Subscriber Line assigned to a user, click User assignment again.

The Assign Number Window will appear with the assigned number, as well as a link which will un-assign that number.

To Assign a Manager Level Login

• NOTE: Each Cloud PBX account can only have one Manager level login.

• Click on Manager Assignment

The Assign Number Window will appear with the selected login's username.

The dropdown will contain Subscriber Lines available for assignment.

• Select the Subscriber Line you wish to assign to this login.

• Click Assign to Manager

The assigned Subscriber Line will appear below, and you can continue assigning lines to the Manager level login.

Assignments are saved as soon as the button is clicked; you can navigate away from the page at any time.

To close the Assign Number window, click Cancel.
