Add a Phone Line

First, you will need to:

• Log into your MyAccount with your username and password.

• Click on Modify Services on the left menu bar.

• Click on Add a Phone Line.

• Follow the steps to pick the plan for the second line added.

  • Note: If the cloned line is active on a current telephone number, the only option is to receive a second Grandstream. If port 2 on the Grandstream is not active, there will be an option to select port 2 of your current device.


• Confirm the information in the form.

•Click on place order when you are ready to place your order.
