*62 - Activates the Call Forwarding Busy Feature
This feature allows you to forward all inbound callers to another number when busy.
The call forwarding busy feature is activated by:
Dialing *62 and then phone number(can be an internal or external number) followed by the pound key #, this will return you a dial tone.

If you do not hear a dial tone after *62 has been dialed, the call forwarding busy feature has not been activated.
