How to change the sound input and output in the Softphone

To change the sound input and output for your softphone, please follow these instructions.

• Log into the softphone application.

• Right click anywhere in the application window and select Preferences.

• Click Audio Options and then Audio Devices.

• Select the input/output method that you wish to use. The default should be Microsoft Sound Mapper.

• Click OK to save any changes.
