In the event that a technician requests to initiate a GoToAssist Remote Support Session please visit www.fastsupport.com

Upon visiting www.fastsupport.com you will be prompted for Your Name and Support Key

Please enter your First Name.
The Support Key will be given to you by the Phone Power technician

Click Continue

Upon clicking continue an automatic download of the GoToAssistLauncher.exe will initiate via your web browser

on the Apple/Mac interface the file will be known as Citrix Online Launcher.dmg

 At this time Smartphones and Tablets are not supported for Remote Support sessions

Once the download is complete please open the recently downloaded file by clicking on the button below the down arrow.

Click Run

 FYI Citrix Online is a verified publisher this security warning can be disregarded

After clicking run the GoToAssist session will initiate

Please let the progress bar complete

The window should automatically appear on your computer.

In the case that it doesn't please minimize any windows you may have open as this Approve Session – GoToAssist window may be hidden.

Please join the session by clicking Yes

Your GoToAssist / Remote Session has initiated and the Phone Power technician will now be able to assist you further

 FYI The purpose of the Remote Session is to allow the technician to gain access
to your machine to make the necessary configurations to correct any issues that you are calling about.



To uninstall GoToAssist (FastSupport)

Please go to the Start Menu

Select Control Panel

Select Programs and features

The program will be listed as GoToAssist Customer
Select the program
Click Uninstall


To uninstall on Apple/Mac go to Spotlight-> type in Citrix Online → Drag to Trash Can
