Grandstream IVR Menu

The Grandstream HT502 has a built-in voice prompt menu for simple device configuration. The IVR menu and the LED button work with any of the FXS port. Pick up the handset and dial *** to use the IVR menu. The most commonly used options are listed below.


Menu Voice Prompt Options
Main Menu

Enter a Menu Option

Press * for the next menu option.
Press # to return to the main menu.
Commonly used options are 01-05, 07, 10, 12-17, or 99

DHCP Mode,
Static IP Mode,
PPPoE Mode

Press 9 to toggle the selection.
If using Static IP Mode, configure the IP address information using menus 02 to 05.
If using Dynamic IP Mode, all IP address information comes from the DHCP server
automatically after reboot.

"IP Address" - (followed by
the IP address)

The current WAN IP address is announced
If using Static IP Mode, enter 12 digit new IP address.
You need to reboot the device with #999 to apply the change.

"Subnetmask" - (followed by
the subnetmask)

The current Subentmask is announced
If using Static IP Mode, enter 12 digit new Subnetmask.
You need to reboot the device with #999 to apply the change.

"Gateway" - (followed by
the gateway address)

The current Gateway is announced
If using Static IP Mode, enter 12 digit new Gateway.
You need to reboot the device with #999 to apply the change and reboot

"DNS Server" - (followed by
the DNS Server address)

The current DNS Server is announced
If using Static IP Mode, enter 12 digit new DNS Server.
You need to reboot the device with #999 to apply the change.

"Wan Port web access"

Press 9 to toggle between enable/disable then #999 to apply the change and reboot

Call between Port 1 and Port 2

User can make internal calls between port 1 and 2 even without
being registered to SIP server. Dialing ***70 will call the other port.

"Reset"

Press 9 to reboot the device
