Continual reset

If your phone adapter works for a while but then stops, only to function again after you restart, chances are your device is connected behind a piece of networking equipment with an adaptive firewall. The easiest way to permanently solve this problem is to set the device up in its preferred configuration. Please refer to our Getting Started guide for instructions on how to set up your phone adapter in the preferred configuration.
