Blocking Outbound Caller ID (Aquarius)

If you wish to globally block your outbound caller ID (CNAM) on the Aquarius network, please follow these instructions.



• Log into your MyAccount.

• Click on the Service Settings option at the lower left side of the screen.

• Click on the item Outbound CNAM on the right side of the page.

• You will then see the current CNAM and an option for hiding/showing your outbound caller ID.

• Set the option Send CNAM on outbound calls to No to hide your outbound caller ID name and phone number for all calls, then click Save Settings to apply the change.


  • Note: This will block your outbound caller ID name and phone number for all calls. If you wish to simply block the outbound caller ID on a single call, please use the instructions shown Here.


Unblocking Outbound Caller ID (Aquarius)

• If you wish to unblock your outbound caller ID for all calls, set Send CNAM on outbound calls to Yes then click Save Settings to apply the change.


  • Note: This will unblock your outbound caller ID name and phone number for all calls. If you wish to simply unblock the outbound caller ID on a single call, please use the instructions shown Here
