Android Voicemail Manager
This app is separate from the PhonePower app. You can check your voicemail messages as well as fax messages as well.
First, to install the app, please go to your Play Store and search for PhonePower Voicemail Manager.
Once there, please click on Install.
Please wait for the app to install to your phone. The total size should be 1.98MB
Click on Open to open the application.
On this screen, please login using your Username and Password you used for your PhonePower Account Portal.
- You can also use the Remember Me toggle to save your information.
Once you log in, this screen will show you which line on your Account will show up and also all the Voicemails on this line.
You can change the line by pressing the phone number.
The top right is the menu toggle button for other settings.
To open a message, please click on the grey arrow to the right of the message.
This screen has 3 circle buttons which are: Play, Speaker Phone, and Delete respectively.
Below that is the track bar for the audio of the call.
By default, the message will be played from the earpiece of your smartphone.
This display shows the mode is set to Speaker Phone and clicking the 2nd circle button again will toggle back to the earpiece.
For Fax messages, the icon will change to an orange Fax Icon.
You will need to click on the grey arrow on the right to view.
To view the Fax, click on View and you will need to open your default PDF viewer.
You can also use Send to to send this fax via messaging or email.
From the Voicemail List, clicking on the menu toggle on the top right will bring up a menu with Voicemail Settings and Log Out
The Voicemail Settings shows toggles to send email notifications for voicemail messages and/or fax.
You can also set a quota for all messages in your voicemail inbox.
Once this is done, press on the menu button again and click on Save to save the settings.
