Residential Freedom Service - Freedom plans are designed to fulfill
unrestricted use by over 99.9% of our residential users without triggering any overage
charges. You will be charged 2 cents per minute for outbound minutes exceeding 5,000
per month. Inbound calls are always free.
Taxes and Fees on Free Service - You will be assessed applicable taxes, surcharges,
and fees at the beginning of your second year. These fees will be calculated based
on the standard price for the service. Services are subject to suspension and termination
if balances are not paid in a timely manner per Section 4 of Phone Power's Terms
of Service.
