Things have been working somewhat well for me since phonepower finally got up and running after the service issues at the beginning of the month. However, is anyone else experiencing this problem lately? I'll be on the phone with someone and all of a sudden it gives me a busy signal and disconnects the call. It's already happened 2-3 times today. My internet doesn't go down, I've made sure of it in the router logs..

Then when broswing these forums I keep getting a screen that says:

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at http://www.phonepower.com Port 80

This is so frustrating.. There is constant problems after problems it seems.. one is fixed, 2 more are created..I wonder when everything will be reliable and work like it should for more then a week or two at a time? >:|

No calls have dropped here; however, I am not on the phone very much. I have noticed the website problems. I am not sure of the particular error message, but I do know I have had to click reload sometimes.

Yes I keep getting server time out issue messages and everything is crawling :( Time for PP to trade out the hamsters for fresh ones. :)

From your symptoms it seems your internet is not stable if you alone are having issues just browsing websites. I would advise to contact your internet service provider and let them know you are having issues browsing the web and they should take a look at your issue. Once you have corrected that issue your dropped calls will go away.

U didnt listen :( My internet is just fine and has been just fine.. The web browsing issues are ONLY WITH YOUR SITE.. no other sites.. it's been doing it again today. ONLY with phonepower.

" Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /account/calllog.aspx.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at secure.phonepower.com Port 443 "

That is the error I was getting as well, but sometimes the site would just crawl. Thepcguru also stated above that the website was crawling for him as well. I think sometimes the messages are not fully read because of the massive spam. I know I have been skimming the messages lately and not fully reading them because of the spam.

PP was excellent until September, 2011; it has been unreliable ever since. I spent hours last fall keeping logs, assisting tech support time and time again. There were improvements but they never lasted more than a few days. Then there would be calls that never went through, totally weird ring backs, called party couldn't hear me, calls would break up, calls would take over 30 seconds to start ringing, and my name doesn't show on people's caller IDs so they don't answer.

ISP speed and conditions always check out good. Service was better recently so I went back to a yearly plan to avoid extra fee. Now I can't call out. Makes a bit of a beep and then nothing, no ring back, no connection.

I've lost heart for calling tech support as everyone seemed earnest to help but service still unreliable. On average I estimate there are issues on 20% of my outbound calls. Yes, I know, if I don't report it, how can they know. I should have gone back to Vonage but I like the two-line feature.

phronk I have advised our manager of the issue you are reporting and he will be reviewing the history on the account to see if he can isolate the underlying cause.

Had an email from Tech support last night with an analysis of my situation. I was pleased with the quick response and more pleased to report that my phone is working again. I am hopeful that the fix is finally permanent.
