resolvedEvery time I try to set up a SIP account with VoiceMac using the credentials provided by phonepower, I get the following message: Unable to set up your Session Initiation Protocol account, the error we received was "Unable to Register with Server. Please check your credentials." Please go back and correct the problem.
I have tried disabling and re-enabling SIP for new credentials... Waiting... etc.
Please advise if you have a solution to this problem.

Unfortunately we do not provide any assistance registering third party devices with your SIP credentials. We do provide a warning before you enable SIP credentials stating we do not provide any assistance registering your SIP device with your SIP credentials. SIP credentials are for advanced users and if you are unable to configure the device or register the software, I would suggest disabling the SIP credentials.
I just received word from the software author. It is a bug in this particular software that they are addressing in the next release. Thank you.
Try "laundering" your connection through a free PBXes.com account (register VoiceMac to PBXes and PBXes to Phonepower). Set up the extension first, register VoiceMac, test by calling *43 (echo test). If that works, then set up a trunk for Phonepower; you also need one outbound and one inbound route to connect them.
