when phone rang it would kick the grand streem off and the power light would flash. now only thing it does is the power light flashes when i plug it in. I think I need a new one as this is the third time I have hade some kind of problem with this one in the last two or three years. what happened to tech support use to send a ticket in and get an awnser right then.
