I’m currently on the International plan where I have 1,200 international minutes. I only call one international phone number. For some unknown reason, some of the phone calls that I make to this specific phone number get charged while some of the phone calls to this specific phone number do not get charged. The site shows that I’ve used up 280 minutes of my international minutes. Anyone have a clue as to why I would be charged some of the times?

Hello jspadilla, I have reviewed your account and noticed the calls you were being invoiced for should not have been populated as pending charges.
