   Hello. I have enabled SIP credentials on my account but am unable to successfully connect to the PhonePower SIP server using these credentials. Most SIP clients ask for domain name which is not supplied in the PP SIP credentials. Tried phonepower.com, sip.phonepower.com, leaving it empty, everything. But it doesnt work.

   Any ideas?

   BTW, any suggestions on the best SIP client to use with the PP SIP service for

   - MAC
   - iPhone
   - Android
   - Windows

   The tech you are currently working with in chat has resolved the issue of your sip client not being able to register with our network.

   Pretty much all sip clients are pretty much the same so it comes down to personal preference. You may prefer the user interface of another program so my advice is to try them all.

   For Mac, I use Telephone, available in the Mac App Store. It's free, and very simple.

   I was told by support to use the value provided for "proxy" and put it ALSO in the field of your SIP client for "server" or "domain."
