If not then it is an issue with the handset not clearing the MWI(Message Waiting Indicator). If power cycling the handset doesn't clear the MWI you can leave a test message then clear it by accessing the VM from the phone itself. However, after the auto-delete has run, my inbox is empty, but the new VM indicators are still set for my handset. The phone light is still flashing on my Grandstream adapter.</p> <p>This doesn't happen when I manually delete or listen to messages. </p>
