IVR problems

    The last 3 numbers I have called and attempted to use their push button IVR system it doesn’t work. It is as though the numbers I press on my phone are not registered correctly on their system. Their systems work perfectly with my cell phones but not my voip. Is there something I can do to get the numbers pushed on my phone to register correctly with IVR systems? This is very annoying.

    This kind of issue is one that is easiest to resolve if you call in to our support department, since it could be caused by a number of different problems.

    Please contact our Support Department at 888-607-6937 option 3 during our hours of operation which are Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific time and Saturday to Sunday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific time for further assistance.
