The last 3 numbers I have called and attempted to use their push button IVR system it doesn’t work. It is as though the numbers I press on my phone are not registered correctly on their system. Their systems work perfectly with my cell phones but not my voip. Is there something I can do to get the numbers pushed on my phone to register correctly with IVR systems? This is very annoying.
