To Configure your device to function with the Grandstream connected to it, please follow these instructions.
For the first step in this process, we will need to enable WAN port Web access to the Grandstream. Please refer to Enabling WAN port web access on the Grandstream for information.
Next, we will need to find out the current IP Address being assigned to your Grandstream by your router. Please refer to How to Receive the IP Address on a Grandstream for information.
Once you have received the current IP address that is being assigned to the Grandstream, Open a web browser and in the address bar type the IP address you just received from the Grandstream and press enter.
You should be brought to the Grandstream login page, the password is 123.

Once logged in look at the upper left of the page and write down the WAN MAC address.
Log into your DLINK router, the default IP address is http://192.168.0.1.
Click on DHCP from the menu on the left.
- Under the static DHCP area click on Enabled and in the name field type Grandstream.

In the IP field, enter the IP address that will be assigned to the Grandstream, in this example we will use 192.168.0.200.
In the MAC address field you will enter the WAN MAC address that you received from logging into the Grandstream as shown previously.
Click Apply.
Next, click on Advanced at the top of the screen, then click DMZ on the left hand side.

Click Enabled and enter the IP Address that you defined in the Static DHCP setup, in this example we used 192.168.0.200.
Click Apply.
The device will be assigned the IP address that you just designated which is already the DMZ host IP.
You will need to reboot the Grandstream device for this to take effect. Simply remove the power cord from the back of the Grandstream, wait 20 seconds, and put it back in. After 5-10 minutes the Grandstream should be registered and online.
If you are unable to place a call after 15 minutes, please contact our support department for additional assistance.
