When viewing calls or contacts inside the My Account portal, you can click on any number to immediately dial that party. The Phone Power switch will call your Phone Power phone, then the call will connect to the other party once you have answered the phone.
Click2Call calls are always two physical calls, one to the source number and one to the destination number. Both of these calls are evaluated for billing and accounting purposes separately.
